Works with your thermal printer
We don’t sell printers or paper. Use a supported thermal printer you already have — or buy one from your usual supplier. We recommend the Epson TM-T20IV or TM-T20III with an ethernet port.
Recommended
- Epson TM-T20IV or TM-T20III with an ethernet port.
- Shop-LAN Ethernet to the printer. Truss Tape Plus talks raw TCP on port 9100.
- 80 mm thermal roll stock. It is not adhesive. Gaff the tape to the truss.
- No linerless stock on the TM-T20IV or TM-T20III.
- A steel tape for day-one calibration: print a short strip, measure it, apply the factor. Per printer and per roll of stock.
Built for 1:1 with per-printer calibration and an on-tape verification ruler.
